How Do I Communicate With Rent Yuh Ride and Travelers?
- Rent Yuh Ride communicates booking requests, changes and cancellation with both travelers and owners.
- Travelers can message owners prior to booking or submitting a booking request.
- We encourage travelers and owners to communication via the Rent Yuh Ride messaging for security purposes and in the event of a dispute.
- If an owner is unresponsive, travelers may cancel their trip without penalty.
When a traveler requests to book, Rent Yuh Ride sends a message to the owner, the traveler can see updates / responses in the messaging section.
Booking and Messaging Owner
1. Travelers should NOT USE “Book Instantly” if they have a question they need answers to before making a final decision. Booking instantly charges your card immediately and the owner has no time to respond.
2. If your booking request is accepted but the owner failed to answer your questions, you may cancel the request for a full refund. The traveler will have to cancel the trip and request any assistance with refunds by emailing Rent Yuh Ride at email@example.com.
3. We hope that owners are timely in their response to booking request, it is quite ok to give an owner a day or two to get back to you.
