How Do I Close My Account?
- Please note you must contact Rent Yuh Ride support to cancel your account. You won't be able to reopen your account using the same email.
Please note if you have upcoming trips, you will have to cancel them. Those trips will be subject to the Owner's Cancellation Policy. That means you may be charged cancellation fees. It’s a good idea to check the cancellation policy.
You are still obliged to pay any unpaid tickets, tolls, fees, reimbursements, or claims tied to past trips. If you’re an owner, we’ll remove your vehicle(s) from Rent Yuh Ride's platform.
If you have an in-progress trip or a balance due, you won’t be able to close your account. You must wait 72 hours after the trip ends and/or after any unpaid balance has been resolved before you can close your account.
You will not have the option to reopen your account. If you want to make your account active again, you must contact Rent Yuh Ride support.
