- Travelers are expected to return the vehicle at the agreed upon trip. Reach out to travelers and arrange a trip extension with them. If your traveler hasn't returned the car, don't panic, call us and we will attempt to make contact with the traveler.
- It is important that owners have tracking devices installed on their cars in situations where you're uncertain of the location of the vehicle.
To charge traveler for additional usage, please contact us within 24 hours after the trip has ended. If traveler can pay in cash, that's appropriate, however, if they can only pay via card, please let us know.
